Who You Are:

The Field Operations Support Lead will be assigned to a designated home community while also providing operational support across Northern NJ, NY, and potentially CT. This role is intended to strengthen nightly service execution, improve quality control, support staffing needs, and reduce the operational burden on the District Operations Manager and Area Supervisor. The position focuses on field presence, consistent execution, and workforce support, without managerial authority.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Complete nightly service at the assigned home community as scheduled.
  • Conduct on-site service audits at nearby communities to ensure adherence to Trash Butler standards and safety practices.
  • Support butlers with real-time service challenges such as access issues, compactor malfunctions, or overflow situations.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new butlers.
  • Shadow new hires during their initial shifts to reinforce expectations and workflow.
  • Provide service coverage across the northern territory when needed to prevent service failures.
  • Monitor radar results, staff check-ins/outs, and completion data to identify risks and performance trends.
  • Communicate nightly updates, concerns, and staffing needs to the District Operations Manager.
  • Support new property launches by assisting with training, on-site support, and service flow setup.
  • Manage local inventory of uniforms, tote bags, and other supplies.
  • Build positive relationships with property managers and attend community events as assigned.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as nightly recaps, documentation, and platform updates.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience providing customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and quality improvement orientation
  • Ability to build trust and rapport; effectively communicate with co-workers, employees, and customers.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to self-manage with some supervision
  • Collaborative/team playe
