Who You Are & What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Lead Creative Strategist to architect and scale the paid acquisition creative engine that fuels Reading.com’s next stage of growth.
You operate at the intersection of audience psychology, performance and product data, and execution. You know how to identify what makes a parent stop scrolling, click, and convert. You build systems that turn insights into consistent creative wins.
You own the full performance creative lifecycle—from surfacing insights, to briefing and directing production, to analyzing results and translating them into clear next steps. You are accountable for improving creative hit rate and building a testing engine that compounds learning over time. In close partnership with Growth, you define what to explore, what to iterate, what to double down on creatively, and what to retire.
You set creative priorities with partners, ensuring effort is focused on the highest-impact angles and iterations. Your feedback is specific, data-informed, and detail-oriented.
On any given day, you might be deep in Meta and TikTok performance data diagnosing patterns and fatigue. The next hour, you’re crafting hook iterations, working on new emotional angles, or directing UGC creators. You develop differentiated strategies across parent motivations, always grounded in Reading.com’s positioning.
You design the infrastructure behind the work: testing roadmaps, automations, asset tracking, and feedback loops so no insight is lost. Above all, you raise the bar: you’ll keep the team thinking and challenge our partner agencies, champion new ideas, and make sure we never make sure we never settle into a formula just because it's comfortable.
