Who You Are & What You'll Do

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who is excited by the prospect of planning and executing marketing campaigns and driving brand awareness. You’re less concerned with patting yourself on the back for the perfect ad slogan and more concerned with effectively engaging our target audience and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate has experience analyzing consumer data, coordinating with sales teams, and executing email/push marketing campaigns.

Skills & Background

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing for mobile subscription applications

  • Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer data analysis

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with sales teams and other departments

  • Passionate about leveraging empathy to understand user needs 

  • Unafraid to have candid conversations with managers, peers and direct reports

  • Flexible, well-organized and experience working in a fast-paced small company environment

  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly written (as a remote company, we heavily emphasize written communication across all departments)

  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

  • A positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Braze

  • Experience with copywriting or managing copywriter

  • Experience working in the early childhood education space
