About the Role:

As a Guest Services + Food & Beverage Team Member, you'll be cross-trained to support multiple areas of campground operations. You'll welcome and assist guests, manage reservations and store transactions, prepare and serve food and drinks, and keep both the front desk and café areas clean and inviting. Every day is different—and every task contributes to a seamless, hospitable experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet & Guide: Welcome guests with a smile, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and answer questions about the property and local area.
• Support the Store & Café: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with retail or snack shop purchases.
• Handle Transactions: Follow cash handling and reservation procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep front desk and food service areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Be a Team Player: Support your teammates and jump in where needed, whether it’s prepping food, answering the phone, or stocking supplies.
• Share Local Knowledge: Recommend local attractions, onsite activities, or daily specials to help guests get the most from their stay.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
• Must be able to use a computer keyboard and mouse, and be able to look at a computer screen, occasionally for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%).
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.
