Hayward: General Manager

Team Outsider is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our Hayward campground. This is a high-ownership, on-site leadership role for someone who thrives in the day-to-day rhythm of campground life — leading teams, delighting guests, running strong operations, and creating the kind of experiences families remember for years.

This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who knows how to balance guest experience, people leadership, and business performance — and who believes that great operations and great fun go hand-in-hand.

Mission of the Role
Own the overall success of the Hayward campground by leading day-to-day operations, developing a high-performing on-site team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that drive loyalty, revenue, and profitability.

The General Manager is the on-site leader responsible for bringing the property’s business strategy to life through disciplined execution, high-energy hospitality, and a robust activity program — ensuring the campground runs smoothly while creating unforgettable moments for guests.
