About the Role:
As a Maintenance & Safety Team Member, you’ll help keep the campground running smoothly while supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests. This role includes operating a pump truck to provide RV pump-out services, safely removing wastewater from guest RV holding tanks and transporting it to the appropriate disposal location. You’ll also assist with general maintenance tasks across the property to ensure facilities, grounds, and equipment remain in excellent condition.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a pump truck to provide RV pump-out services, safely removing wastewater from RV holding tanks and transporting it to the designated disposal area
• Maintain pump truck equipment, hoses, tanks, and valves, ensuring they are clean, functioning properly, and handled safely
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and environmental procedures when handling wastewater
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests during pump-out requests
• Assist with general campground maintenance, including basic repairs, facilities upkeep, and equipment maintenance
• Support routine groundskeeping and property upkeep as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfort operating equipment and performing RV pump-out and sanitation services
• A strong attention to safety and cleanliness, especially when handling wastewater systems
• A valid Driver’s License and ability to safely operate campground vehicles or equipment
• A friendly, helpful attitude when interacting with guests
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the camping season

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry 25 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable bending, kneeling, stooping, and working in various weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate pump truck and other loud and vibrating maintenance tools
