About the role

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in leading daily manufacturing operations and ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This position oversees production employees, coordinates workflow, monitors quality standards, supports training and development, and helps maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities include managing staffing needs, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures, and working closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly. What you'll do

  • Manage production department and team, including all personnel related issues.
  • Directly responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the production department and area.
  • Work closely with team members to develop their skills.
  • Effectively troubleshoot process and secondary equipment problems.
  • Determine team assignments.
  • Maintain proper documentation of productivity and quality as required.



Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Forklift License
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid basic math skills.
  • Familiarity with and the ability to use hand tools.
  • General computer skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written.
  • Willingness to complete training and higher-education courses.
  • Ability to operate basic technology.



Desired Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and applications.
  • Prior work in a manufacturing environment.

The pay range for this role is:

25.22 - 28.37 USD per hour (Albion)
