Product Success Manager (AMS) - Location Flexible

Teamworks AMS  is a human performance optimization platform designed to meet the needs of modern sports and military organizations. Currently integrated with more than 100 different technology products, Teamworks AMS is an athlete management system that serves as the source of truth for physical performance data, nutrition, medical record-keeping, and more.

 

We are looking for a driven, conscientious Product Success Manager to manage various client projects, including stakeholder engagement, needs analysis, reporting, requirement scoping, and data management. The person in this role will combine technical problem-solving and ingenuity to provide exceptional client solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build deep relationships with customers; understand how AMS and other Teamworks products will add value to their operations and collaborate with them to achieve their goals.

  • Master AMS’s product functionality in order to communicate technical capabilities to customers.

  • Create and maintain customer project plans to drive engagement and usage of the AMS platform.

  • Collaborate with customers to solve their human performance data challenges.

  • Perform platform and client support, including troubleshooting, testing, reporting problems, and collaborating on solutions.

  • Analyze customer data, draw insights to inform accounts’ success, and identify opportunities to drive value.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of applied sports science experience in a high-performance sport environment.

  • Familiarity with high-performance coaches, support teams, and the typical workflows of multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong familiarity with any athlete data management system, medical software, and/or Smartabase.

  • Sport science or similar degree.

  • Excellent MS Excel skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience using sports science equipment for testing and monitoring, including sensor technology.

  • Experience using data management & visualization tools to make informed decisions and recommendations; experience with data analysis and statistical packages such as R, Python, Tableau.

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
