Marketing Manager - Remote (UK)

We are looking for a committed and driven Marketing Manager to help develop and implement territory-specific brand and product campaigns for the UK professional sports market. The person in this role will execute successful lead-generation and lifecycle marketing strategies that demonstrate value to our customers and result in measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple campaigns across numerous product lines, demonstrating the ability to drive lead generation and prioritise tasks, resources, and goals for maximum efficiency and impact.

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the demands from the region. 

  • Manage and execute multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns. 

  • Develop an understanding of Teamworks’ products, buyers, competitors and users to help inform marketing planning.

  • Exhibit exceptional follow-up and due diligence in all aspects of marketing management, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and that potential issues are addressed proactively.

  • Create marketing briefs to develop campaign content and design needs across digital marketing disciplines, including email marketing, online advertising, social, and web.

  • Track, analyse, and optimise marketing campaigns.

  • Organise offline and online events (e.g.customer events, conferences, networking/sponsorships, webinars).


Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, marketing communications, and/or product marketing experience.

  • Experience executing integrated, streamlined marketing programs.

  • Superior project management skills that ensure on-time execution of campaigns.

  • Ability to work with creative teams to develop individual content campaigns and multi-tiered campaigns.

  • Marketing automation skills, preferably with Hubspot and Salesforce.com.

  • Exceptional copywriting talent, with the ability to understand technology solutions and communicate their value in language that customers understand.

  • Experience analysing data and making successful data-driven decisions.

  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience organising own & 3rd party events.


Desired Qualifications:

  • SaaS, technology, sports industry and/or B2B experience.

  • Experience using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma.

  • Understanding of the sports industry and trends.
