The Opportunity
Teamworks is redefining how elite sports organizations manage and optimize human performance. We’re hiring a Director, Product to own the strategy, execution, and evolution of our Performance Platform, with products trusted by athletes, coaches, and staff across the world’s top leagues.
This role sits at the intersection of product vision, business impact, and customer outcomes. You’ll lead a multi-product portfolio spanning products such as Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, and Athlete Management System, shaping how these products work together to deliver measurable results for teams and drive meaningful growth for Teamworks. What you build here will directly influence league-wide adoption, revenue, and the future of performance technology.
This position will report to our VP, Product.
