Salesforce Administrator (Remote)

We are seeking a precise, analytical Salesforce Administrator to join our operations team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will take full ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem and leverage it to drive internal processes and business decisions across Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support. Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features, ensuring optimal performance and usability for end-users.
  • Analyze business needs to identify and implement system enhancements, process improvements, and customizations that align with organizational goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and improve operational reliability across tools, analytics, and workflows.
  • Lead integrations between Salesforce and key platforms for CRM, sales automation, enablement, and support, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights, and deliver end-user training to drive adoption and efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Automate tasks and workflows to increase productivity and reduce manual work for teams.
  • Manage and troubleshoot system issues, resolving outages swiftly to minimize impact.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience with 100+ users, including implementing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Proven expertise with data integrity, complex data migrations, and API-based integrations.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience managing deployment strategies, including staging and production environments.
  • A background in SaaS environments, understanding how Salesforce powers customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency with SOQL for querying Salesforce data.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or other advanced Salesforce certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data tools like Data Loader or Google Sheets Data Connector for Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with other CRMs and sales tools, such as Gainsight, InsightSquared, or Marketo.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes.
  • Knowledge of Apex programming for creating custom logic and workflows.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes across tools and teams.
