This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of tactical operations management in one of the fastest-growing companies in sports tech while serving those who serve our country.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Champion tactical implementations by owning the onboarding and adoption process for Hub at Special Operations Command entities, ensuring seamless integration with existing military workflows and protocols, as directed by the government customers.
  • Build trusted partnerships with military stakeholders by demonstrating deep understanding of Special Operations culture, terminology, and operational tempo, for the purpose of tailoring their instances of Hub.
  • Drive measurable outcomes by monitoring engagement metrics, analyzing usage patterns, and providing timely recommendations that enhance force readiness and preserve human performance capabilities.
  • Execute specialized training programs tailored to military audiences, focusing on how Hub's capabilities directly support mission readiness, force preservation, and family support initiatives.
  • Provide on-site expertise at Fort Bragg facilities approximately 1-2 days per week, making real-time decisions and adjustments to maximize product value within secure military environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to translate military feedback into product insights, ensuring Hub continues to evolve to meet the unique demands of Special Operations customers.
  • Support operational continuity by maintaining flexible scheduling around federal holidays, training cycles, and deployment schedules, while ensuring consistent customer success coverage.

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • Military cultural fluency with direct military experience or deep understanding of Special Operations culture, terminology, and operational challenges gained through military family connections or professional exposure.
  • Human performance expertise with knowledge of force preservation concepts, physical standards, and the unique readiness challenges facing military families, such as geographic relocations and training cycles.
  • Independent decision-making capability with proven ability to operate autonomously in high-stakes environments, making real-time adjustments without constant oversight.
  • Security environment awareness with understanding of compound protocols, escort requirements, and the discretion needed when working within classified environments (security clearance not required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills balanced with professional boundaries—sociable enough to build rapport with military personnel, while maintaining appropriate communication levels and focus on mission objectives.
  • Security clearance eligibility with ability to pass a background check and successfully obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and other valid and required forms of government identification.

The Ideal Recruit - Skills & Experience:

  • Military operations background with experience working within or alongside Special Operations units, understanding of military abbreviations (e.g., PCS, TDY, ETA, etc.).
  • Product success or customer education experience with a track record of successfully onboarding and training users on interactive software platforms, particularly in mission-critical environments.
  • Geographic flexibility within a two-hour radius, the ability to commute to Fort Bragg approximately twice each week, and adaptability to hybrid work arrangements that balance on-site presence with virtual collaboration.
  • Hub platform familiarity or experience with similar athlete management systems, operations software, or military-specific technology platforms (preferred, but not required).
  • Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintain accuracy in high-stakes situations, and adapt to changing operational requirements.

Champion Mindset - Traits for Success:

  • Takes initiative and creates momentum without waiting for direction.
  • Thrives under pressure and stays focused on results.
  • Embraces innovation and solves complex problems with strategic thinking.
  • Communicates clearly, builds trust quickly, and leads with enthusiasm.
