We are looking for an innovative, initiative-taking Senior Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will drive the development of the Influencer product and play a critical role in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps. You will manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, strategize and communicate the product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet our customers' needs.
The Influencer product is a comprehensive branding and NIL solution designed to empower athletes to share content, maximize revenue opportunities, and stay compliant. The AI-powered content hub facilitates easy asset management and sharing. For colleges and universities, the Exchange connects brands with student-athletes and streamlines transaction reporting, while Influencer Collectives centralizes fundraising, member management, and athlete payouts for NIL collectives.

Responsibilities:
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including strategizing and communicating product vision and maintaining new products and features.
Own the product roadmap, gather product requirements, and translate customer needs into product capabilities through backlog grooming, rigorous prioritization, and collaboration.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and establish product strategy.
Partner with product developers and designers to define the scope and timing of development and deliver an exceptional product.
Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, analyze data, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans.
Work with stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and execution through excellent communication and planning.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery to define new concepts and determine the customer needs to solve to drive growth for your product.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role in a SaaS B2B environment.
Experience defining product vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience driving cross-functional teams to ship features on aggressive timelines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders to iterate on early concepts and conduct qualitative research
Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce is a plus.
Experience or interest in working in athletics.
Willing to travel to meet with customers, vendors, and partners.
