We're seeking a dynamic Intern Backend Engineer eager to contribute to our industry-leading platform. As part of our collaborative team, you'll be able to assist in developing scalable web and mobile applications impacting athletes at every level.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to architecture discussions and the development of new modules
- Assist in maximizing team productivity through proactive collaboration
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable applications
- Understand and use internal software tools.
- Identify performance bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exposure to Python API development
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Sentry)
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Understanding of modern web development security principles
