Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Lead implementation and adoption strategies for both AMS and Strength & Conditioning platforms across diverse sporting organizations
  • Build strategic relationships with performance directors, strength coaches, and sports science staff to understand their workflows and maximize platform value
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that enable performance teams to leverage the full capabilities of the integrated ecosystem
  • Facilitate data integration from various performance technologies (GPS, force plates, wellness surveys) to create unified athlete profiles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot technical challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities that enhance athlete development programs
  • Create and optimize performance dashboards that transform complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Guide organizations in establishing data governance and workflow standards that promote consistent usage

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience working in high-performance environments, particularly in strength & conditioning, sports science, or athletic performance roles
  • Strong understanding of performance technology ecosystems and how different systems interact to support athlete development
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage data collection frameworks in team settings
  • Technical aptitude for integrating various data sources and creating meaningful visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across performance departments
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and periodization models used in elite athletics.
  • Passion for translating complex performance data into practical applications for coaches and athletes.
