Role Overview
Teifi Digital is seeking a highly motivated HR and Operations Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in both human resources and operations, contributing to the efficiency and success of our growing organization. As an HR and Operations Coordinator Intern, you will assist in a wide range of tasks, from supporting HR initiatives to streamlining operational processes, all while working closely with our HR and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support (50%):
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
- Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
Operations Support (50%): - Collaborate with the operations team to streamline and optimize daily business processes.
- Assist in managing office supplies and vendor relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Support the planning and execution of operational projects, such as process improvements and system implementations.
- Help monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining internal documentation and process guides to ensure operational consistency.
Desired Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software or project management tools is a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
