Revenue Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our team! You will support our sales team in keeping disciplined, accountable, supporting our sales process creation and adherence, and support sales leadership in communication and appointment booking. This role involves assisting in supporting deal cycles, reporting and data management, coordinating between sales and internal stakeholders, collaborating with vendor sales teams, and supporting sales leadership in executing their work.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle by coordinating pre-sales tasks, assisting in quoting processes, and maintaining operational discipline across deals.
  • Help facilitate sales discovery and requirements gathering by preparing frameworks, decks, and documentation that align with client needs.
  • Maintain alignment between internal delivery teams and sales to ensure project readiness post-deal closure.
  • Create and maintain internal sales documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support scalable and repeatable workflows.

CRM & Data Integrity

  • Own the upkeep and optimization of CRM data, ensuring that lead, deal, and contact records are accurate and updated.
  • Implement scalable systems to track performance, deal cycles, and automate handoffs between teams.
  • Build custom dashboards and tracking systems to monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and sales metrics.


Process Optimization

  • Develop SOPs and repeatable systems that enable operational consistency across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize pricing, quoting, and scoping processes.
  • Support the development of internal tools and workflows that simplify complex tasks across quoting, resource allocation, capacity planning, and other sales related functions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise between sales, delivery, design, and marketing to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting through project execution.
  • Act as a point of coordination with external vendor sales teams (e.g., Shopify, apps, or partners) to align on opportunities and value delivery.
  • Champion operational best practices and identify opportunities for sales-marketing alignment or campaign tracking.


GTM & Outbound Strategy

  • Contribute to the development and execution of outbound sales strategies, including target segmentation, account research, and messaging refinement.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by preparing outbound materials, cold outreach frameworks, and account targeting plans aligned to service offerings.
  • Track and analyze outbound campaign performance to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Interest in sales and technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 60,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
