Product Manager, Digital

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Shopify expertise to own the definition and delivery of custom storefront solutions for our clients. This role is responsible for translating client needs into clear product requirements, guiding frontend development execution, validating outcomes, and supporting successful launches. You will work closely with clients, designers, and developers to ensure solutions meet business goals and technical standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end product lifecycle for client specific Shopify storefront solutions.
  • Capture and refine client requirements into clear user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with design and frontend development teams to define scope and solution approach.
  • Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs to balance timelines, complexity, and business impact.
  • Write and maintain development tickets and supporting documentation.
  • Review and test completed development to ensure it meets defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and support launches, including validation and post launch follow up.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product related discussions with clients.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, non technical language for stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early and work with the team to resolve them.
  • Contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a product management, solutions, or technical delivery role.
  • Strong experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus storefronts.
  • Proven ability to capture client requirements and translate them into clear tickets and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working closely with frontend developers and designers to deliver production ready features.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts and storefront best practices.
  • Comfortable validating development work through QA and supporting launches.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including client facing work.
  • Experience with integrations such as ERP, POS, WMS, or other backend systems is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced agency environment.
  • Based in the Vancouver area with the ability to work hybrid from downtown Vancouver.

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 130,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
