To support our rapid growth, we're seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our team and help expand our client base.

About the role

The Account Executive will be responsible for the full sales cycle, ensuring a seamless transition for clients from initial engagement through to ongoing support and upselling. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, understanding their unique AI computing needs, and crafting tailored solutions that demonstrate the unmatched value of TensorWave's offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI and cloud technologies, coupled with a proven track record in successful end-to-end sales.

What you'll do

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities, utilizing a deep understanding of the AI and cloud computing markets.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client engagement, needs assessment, and product demonstration to negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all client needs and inquiries.

  • Craft tailored sales proposals that clearly communicate the value and benefits of TensorWave’s solutions, addressing the specific challenges and goals of each client.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and met, facilitating smooth onboarding and product integration.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, continually seeking ways to optimize the sales process and improve client satisfaction.

  • Provide ongoing support and account management to clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring long-term customer success.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle, particularly within the technology sector.

  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to grasp and articulate complex technology solutions, ideally in AI and cloud computing.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a flair for building rapport and fostering long-term client relationships.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and sales processes simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
