Where You'll Come In

Tensure is growing quickly and we are looking for a Sales Executive to continue to scale our business and differentiate ourselves in the marketplace - which is where you come in. You are the ambassador of our brand to potential customers and guide them through the process of engaging with us, building trust along the way, and ultimately helping clients realize the business outcomes of our work. You align the solutions we provide to the needs of the customer as their advocate, while collaborating internally and are a great teammate to our delivery organization.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Understand and drive the sales process from lead generation through account development
  • Experience in the solutioning, qualifying, and contracting process
  • Nurture new and existing client and partner relationships
  • Manage overall relationships and communication with key clients
  • Understand customer business needs, technology landscape, and how Tensure will deliver value
  • Partner with technical and support teams to qualify and close new business
  • Travel to customer sites when needed

Your Core Competency:

  • Lead the overall sales process
  • Bring a “hunter” mentality - targets and opens new accounts in addition to working leads
  • High energy, self-managed, hands-on sales professional who sees the big picture
  • Amazing interpersonal skills, oral and written communication
  • Attention to detail, doesn’t forget the “little things”
  • Experience configuring and developing content and messaging to facilitate the sales process
  • You build trusted advisor relationships and grow your network

Nice to Have:

  • Industry experience in Financial Services especially FinTech and FinServ
  • Technical background in AI, Cloud, Data, or Application Development
  • Can make the complex simple in communicating how technology (application development, cloud computing, data & AI, and DevOps) drives accomplishing business goals
  • Sales methodology background (Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, Sandler)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of sales experience
  • 1+ Years technical sales experience
  • Demonstrated quota history and proven ability to achieve and exceed targets 
  • Consulting services experience
  • Experience selling in a partner ecosystem
  • Strong track record of selling AI, Cloud, Data, or Application Development
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence high-level decision makers
