The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations including material movement, inventory handling, and product processing. This role is hands-on and physical, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and a strong team mindset.

You will help ensure products move efficiently through our facility while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, move, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload shipments and transport materials within the facility
• Assist with sorting, staging, and preparing products for processing or shipment
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Support team members and supervisors with general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Forklift experience required with proper certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail

Good to Have

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• A passion for sustainability, circular economy, or the outdoor/apparel industry.

• Competitive Hourly Salary: $19-21/hr (commensurate with experience)

Work Environment

Schedule: Full-time 35-45 hrs/week • 8-hour day shifts • Monday-Friday (weekends as needed) • No nights
