Job Summary
The major purpose of this role is to support and oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of all Mentor Protégé Agreement requirements and targets which include coordinating and managing program activities, ensuring adherence to reporting requirements, and successfully collaborating with key stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will encompass various aspects of program management, coordination, and stakeholder and customer communications.
Project Planning
1. Develop and maintain a master project plan, including project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and project budgets.
Program Management
1. Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
2. Work closely with the TEVET Technical Program Manager to track Technical Transfer milestones.
3. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all DCMA reporting requirements.
4. Conduct program meetings, provide updates, and address any issues or roadblocks that arise during execution.
Stakeholder Management
1. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
2. Establish strong relationships with customers.
3. Maintain regular and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Documentation and Reporting
1. Prepare and maintain project reports, summarizing progress, accomplishments, issues, and risks for stakeholders and customers.
2. Ensure all project-related documentation is organized, accessible, and up to date.
Continuous Improvement
1. Identify and analyze project performance metrics, areas of improvement, and work with stakeholders and internal teams to implement process improvement.
2. Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement initiative
Supervisor Responsibilities

Decision Making
Project priorities based on factors such project goals and resource availability.
1. Project scope including defining in-scope and out-of-scope activities and managing scope changes to assess the impact on project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
2. Project risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
3. Project issue resolution based on identifying issues, analyzing root causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and choosing the most appropriate course of action which minimizes impact on project progress.
4. Project process optimization by identifying areas for process improvement, solicit and evaluate feedback from the relevant resources, evaluating lessons learned, and considering industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
5. Stakeholder and customer communication strategies, channels, and frequency to effectively disseminate project information to stakeholders and customers.
Work Location
Remote / telecommuting performing job duties and responsibilities from home or other preferred location. Work hours: Part-time work hours (10 hours a week)
Travel Requirements: Requires low to moderate travel requirements. This may include travel to customer locations, trade shows, industry events, conferences, and TEVET Headquarters in Greeneville, TN.
Physical Demands
The physical demands of working remotely within a home or remote location are minimal. Remote telecommuting will require the employee to participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and video conferences. The employee will rely heavily on digital tools to interact with TEVET colleagues and customers. TEVET will provide the employee with a company workstation that will include a computer, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, and the appropriate software tools.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Knowledge
Bachelor's degree; Masters preferred
Minimum 1+ years relevant experience
Program or Project Management training highly preferred

1. Proficiency in advanced project management methodologies such as Agile or Six Sigma, enabling you to effectively manage complex projects and optimize project outcomes.

4. Experience in managing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and drive the team towards project success.
6. Experience in effectively managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, including selection, negotiation, and performance management.
7. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure projects meet the necessary obligations.
