Position Summary
As our CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HubSpot CRM. You will work closely with sales leaders, marketing, and operations to ensure the system supports their workflows and delivers clear insights. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and optimize all aspects of HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, deal stages, properties, and workflows.
- Create and maintain user permissions, templates, automation, and sequences.
- Partner with department leads to understand sales processes and translate them into system configurations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline management, lead tracking, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor data integrity and create procedures for standardized data entry and audit.
- Support onboarding and training for HubSpot users across various departments.
- Act as liaison between business units and external vendors or technical support if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience and proficiency with HubSpot, or other related CRM systems.
- Previous experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry is helpful.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Customer service mindset and a collaborative approach to systems support.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects or tasks, meet established deadlines, and change priorities as business needs require.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, but also independently with minimal daily supervision.
