Agency Management System (AMS) Administrator

Position Summary

As our Agency Management System Administrator, you will be the primary liaison between our servicing teams and our internal systems team.  Your focus will be on understanding how teams work today and helping shape how they work tomorrow – through smarter use of Applied Epic.  Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the in-house Applied Epic subject matter expert for the servicing and account management teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Property & Casualty, Benefits, Wealth Management, and Accounting to understand workflows, identify pain points, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead configuration changes, enhancement requests, and user experience improvements in Applied Epic.
  • Partner with internal departments and our systems team to implement process improvements.
  • Support training, documentation, and change management for new features or workflows.
  • Ensure system changes align with operational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience and proficiency with Applied Epic, or other related agency management systems.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service mindset and a collaborative approach to systems support.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects or tasks, meet established deadlines, and change priorities as business needs require.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, but also independently with minimal daily supervision.
