Pillar Enterprise, a subsidiary of The Berlin Steel Construction Company, is a structural steel and miscellaneous steel fabrication facility located in White Post, VA. We fabricate steel for projects for our parent company throughout the Northeast and in other parts of the country servicing the private commercial, public, institutional, and industrial markets.

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Miscellaneous Metals Welder to join our miscellaneous metals shop on our day shift. Key Responsibilities:

Our fitter/welders are responsible for fabricating steel components by cutting, burning, and welding various metals according to blueprints. Work will involve:

• Fabricating and assembling miscellaneous components, including rails and stringers.
• Working with aluminum and stainless steel (experience preferred).
• Applying NOMMA finishes to meet industry standards.
• Performing grinding and finishing work to ensure high-quality results.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive wages based on experience, paid weekly
• Four (4) Ten (10) hour days, and Fridays as overtime
