Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sheet metal and structural repairs, modifications, and installations on turbine-powered aircraft, including TBM and King Air aircraft.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical manuals to execute repairs and upgrades.
• Fabricate, modify, and install structural components using precision tools and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of materials and labor.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex structural issues.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, new techniques, and equipment

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation sheet metal and structural repairs.
• Strong expertise in working with aluminum, composite materials, and other aircraft-grade metals.
• Proficiency in using precision tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with TBM and King Air aircraft.
• Familiarity with Citation aircraft is a plus.
• A&P License.

Pay Range: $35- $43 per hour
