Maintenance Administrator



If you’re an organized, analytical professional with strong business judgment and communication skills, Blackhawk Group is looking for you to join our team as a Maintenance Administrator in Broomfield, CO.

In this key support role, you’ll handle a wide range of administrative functions for the aircraft maintenance department, including data entry, invoicing work orders for customers, warranty submissions, and assisting the maintenance team in all areas. You’ll play a vital role in keeping operations moving forward by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across day-to-day activities. Job Responsibilities:

  • Input and update work order information, status changes, and supply updates.
  • Create quotes and work orders for maintenance performed on aircraft.
  • Submit and process warranty claims.
  • Compile data, reconcile documents, and collect information using word processing, scanning, database management, spreadsheets, email, calendars, and other office software.
  • Process and/or transcribe written communication into proper format, ensuring correct spelling, grammar, capitalization, and punctuation.
  • Greet customers and provide front-line support both in person and by phone.
  • Perform routine administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
