To fuel our ambitious growth, we’re looking for an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Senior Director of Revenue Management to take charge of our revenue strategy and guide our growing portfolio into a future of elevated success.
The Opportunity

You’ll be entrusted with shaping the revenue landscape of Bright Hospitality, designing and executing strategies that directly impact profitability, and leading the development of innovative tools and systems that will set us apart in the market.
You will be a trusted partner to the executive team, collaborating closely to build a proprietary
Revenue Management System and spearheading initiatives that enhance performance across all properties. With both immediate operational influence and long-term strategic responsibility, you’ll play a key role in transforming Bright Hospitality into a one of the industry leaders.

The pay range for this role is:
