To fuel our ambitious growth, we’re looking for an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Senior Director of Revenue Management to take charge of our revenue strategy and guide our growing portfolio into a future of elevated success. 

The Opportunity 

This is not your average revenue management role, it’s a strategic leadership position at the heart of a dynamic organization poised for significant expansion. You’ll be entrusted with shaping the revenue landscape of Bright Hospitality, designing and executing strategies that directly impact profitability, and leading the development of innovative tools and systems that will set us apart in the market. 

You will be a trusted partner to the executive team, collaborating closely to build a proprietary  

 

Revenue Management System and spearheading initiatives that enhance performance across all properties. With both immediate operational influence and long-term strategic responsibility, you’ll play a key role in transforming Bright Hospitality into a one of the industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Revenue Leadership 
    Lead the development and execution of revenue strategies that align with the company’s overall goals. You’ll work across the portfolio, including pre-opening and operational hotels to maximize profitability, optimize pricing, and enhance revenue performance. 
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis 
    Oversee the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts by segment, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. Utilize advanced analytical tools to produce actionable insights and adapt strategies to market dynamics. 
  • Collaborative Leadership 
    Partner with hotel teams and senior leadership to implement revenue-driving initiatives. Host regular revenue calls and lead strategic discussions to ensure consistent performance across all properties. 
  • Technology and Innovation 
    Collaborate with Lead Developers on the design, implementation, and enhancement of a proprietary Revenue Management System. Ensure that all revenue management tools and reporting solutions are optimized for maximum performance. 
  • Distribution and E-Commerce Strategy 
    Manage electronic distribution channels and develop partnerships with key third-party intermediaries to ensure optimal visibility and profitability. Lead initiatives during critical periods such as Corporate RFP and FIT contracting seasons. 
  • Team Development and Mentorship 
    Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue management team. Foster a forward-thinking, innovative culture that thrives on continuous improvement and results-driven action.

You’ve led revenue management teams before, but now you’re looking for a role where you can have a bigger, more lasting impact on an organization’s trajectory. 

Here’s what you bring to the table: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of hotel-level (full-service) revenue management experience, combined with at least 5 years of corporate, area, or regional-level multi-property revenue management experience overseeing a portfolio of at least 10 hotels, with a proven record of success. 
  • Extensive experience in hotel openings and expansions, ensuring smooth operational launches and rapid market penetration 
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of total hotel revenue management, including rooms, F&B, meeting spaces, and ancillary revenue streams. 
  • Fluency in English, with outstanding communication skills (additional languages are a plus) 
  • Advanced proficiency in hospitality systems (Cloud Beds PMS, STR, TravelClick etc..) and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data sets, identify trends, and craft effective strategies 
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams 
  • A forward-thinking mindset and a results-driven approach, with the ability to navigate change and adapt strategies to evolving market conditions 
  • This role requires approximately 25% travel to visit properties and collaborate with on-site teams, as well as flexibility in working hours to accommodate the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
