Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director - IT Channel Media & Events to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and driving business growth within the vendor, distribution, and solution partner ecosystem in the German Market. Experience in media, events, and marketing services is essential. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of client within the vendor, distribution, and solution partner ecosystem. 
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. 
  • Create comprehensive proposals integrating multiple product lines and solutions tailored to client and agency needs. 
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and successful new business development initiatives. 
  • Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other tools to analyze client territories and deliver actionable insights. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with client expectations. 
  • Deliver clear and concise status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the vendor, distribution, and solution partner sectors in the German market. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients. 
  • Assist in expanding business operations into new international markets, leveraging industry contacts and market knowledge. 

 

What We Value: 

  • We are looking for someone who is a native German speaker or has a very fluent level of German. 
  • Experience and contacts in the German IT Channel and technology market are a huge advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing clients within the vendor, distribution, and solution partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. 
  • Strong industry back ground with experience in media, events, or marketing services. 
  • Experience and confidence in selling intent-based and lead generation solutions. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex business environments. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of delivering results quickly and effectively. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within media, events, or marketing services.
