About the role

As part of The Channel Company’s Global Agency Services team, the Marketing Manager for Agency Services will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and integrated demand gen campaigns. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving revenue growth for our Agency Services practice both globally as well as in core regions (APAC, EMEA, and North America).

This high-visibility, high-impact role requires a strategic thinker that that has a strong understanding of the sales funnel, utilizes comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, marketing excellence, best-in-class communication and collaboration skills, and data-driven approaches to achieve results and propel the company’s growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop in-depth marketing strategies aligned to our specific customer journeys and personas to enhance global brand awareness, drive demand, and increase market share for our Agency Services
  • Collaborate with the sales team and business unit stakeholders to align marketing strategies and content with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless sales process
  • Leverage customer data to create ideal customer profiles and personas, tailoring marketing efforts to key segments
  • Oversee the creation of content and assets that align to our customer challenges and communicate our value proposition effectively to generate a pipeline of high-quality leads
  • Execute targeted, multi-touch marketing campaigns tailored to specific clients and industry audiences
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing results against goals
  • Modify marketing strategies based on data analysis and feedback to optimize outcomes
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the evolving needs and behaviors of current and potential customers
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing, incorporating innovative ideas into plans and collaborating with the other members of the marketing team on new go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry or within a tech marketing agency
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and integrated, demand gen campaigns that drive revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
