SUMMARY
Responsible for processing accounts payable and managing vendor setup and credit applications. Supports the month-end and year-end closing activities. Acts as backup for accounts receivable functions and assists with daily sales reporting.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position; operate/use various office equipment, and detect or distinguish. The employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee is occasionally required to move about, ascend/descend, position oneself, and reach. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, ability to distinguish color, adjust focus, and peripheral vision. Peripheral vision is needed in regard to working on confidential information and being able to identify if someone is walking up in both office and cash office.
The employee must occasionally move or transport up to 25 pounds.
The work environment is usually indoors and climate controlled with occasional work near moving mechanical parts and encountering various outdoor weather conditions on the route from Rakow Library to main campus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

SALARY RANGE
$23.00 per hour - $24.50 per hour.
