HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are the fastest growing Dermatology practice in the North East with 50+ locations, throughout four New York City boroughs, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.

As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role blends strategy, relationship-building, and execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and/or non-clinical roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates
  • Track candidates and hiring metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes


Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of recruitment or HR experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, corporate, or high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • SHRM or PHR certification (or interest in pursuing)

The pay range for this role is:

25 - 30 USD per hour (HEADQUARTERS (HQ))
