The Hirsh Center for Arthritis & Sports Medicine is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations within our growing specialty medical practice.

What You'll Do
Recruiting & Hiring
• Support recruitment for clinical and administrative healthcare roles
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
• Manage hiring logistics and offer coordination
• Build talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles
Onboarding & Employee Experience
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and first-day readiness
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Assist with employee check-ins and feedback processes
• Help maintain a positive and organized workplace culture
HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support HRIS data entry, reporting, and onboarding tracking
• Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and team events
• Support leadership with administrative coordination
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, Healthcare Administration preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or operations
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for occasional job-related errands

• Pay Range: $22hr -$27hr (based on experience)
