What you'll do
- Your Day-to-Day.
Creative Strategy & Ideation: - Lead creative brainstorms to develop innovative ideas for influencer and brand campaigns.
- Generate bold, on-trend concepts that align with client goals and resonate with social audiences.
- Develop high volume content calendars for brand social channels - possess strong creative ideation skills that can map back to brand strategy, social trends, and seasonal themes.
Client Collaboration:
- Present creative strategies and concepts to clients, confidently navigating all comms around creative execution.
- Serve as the go-to creative contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
Brief Customization:
- Create tailored creative briefs that inspire influencers to deliver exceptional content that resonate with their audiences while seamlessly integrating the brand’s messaging.
- Provide clear, actionable, and strategic direction to set influencers up for viral success - hooks, story arcs, and clever product integration in social-first content come second nature to you.
Influencer Collaboration & Content Oversight:
- Jump on creative calls with influencers to fine-tune concepts and ensure flawless execution.
- Have a keen eye for what makes good content great and it’s can provide clear and actionable feedback to get it there.
- Maintain a cohesive creative direction and brand narrative across all deliverables for brand social, keeping client expectations in mind.
Social Media Expertise:
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing tactics.
- Own the planning of large-scale content calendars for brand social channels.
Project Management:
- Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate progress clearly to managers and team members, keeping everyone in the loop.
- Efficient and focused, you take ownership of your to-do list, tackling tasks with precision and speed to keep things moving seamlessly.
- Familiarity of AI tools to enhance productivity and accelerate work output.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in creative development, influencer marketing, or a related field, ideally within an agency environment.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience working with influencers and overseeing the content creation process with proven examples of strong creative execution that never feel adsy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate your ideas flawlessly.
- Proven track record of successful client collaboration.
- The ability to think conceptually and tailor creative ideas across multiple formats and platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience running organic social for brands.
