Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Product Logistics Assistant to manage our Stockholm-based influencer product shipping operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and professional delivery of clothing and product samples to influencers across Europe. You'll be the key operational partner supporting influencer marketing campaigns for a well-known fashion brand, ensuring products arrive professionally presented and on schedule.
Work Location
- On-site presence required for receiving, organizing, and shipping products in Central Stockholm
- Flexibility to work during DHL operating hours for same-day shipping when needed
Key Responsibilities
Product & Inventory Management:
- Receive and organize incoming product shipments at our Stockholm office
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking of all influencer samples and products
- Ensure products are properly stored, categorized, and ready for shipment
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reporting
Shipping & Logistics:
- Prepare and package clothing and products for influencer shipments
- Coordinate weekly/daily shipments through DHL (primary carrier)
- Generate shipping labels and documentation
- Track shipments and provide status updates
- Handle package pickup and drop-off at DHL locations
Organization & Coordination:
- Maintain organized workspace and storage systems
- Coordinate with team on shipping schedules and priority deliveries
- Respond to time-sensitive shipping requests
- Document and report on shipping activity and costs
Required Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Incredibly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven expertise with DHL shipping processes and platforms
- Strong experience in product inventory management
- Proficient with shipping software, label generation, and tracking systems
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (11.3 kg) regularly
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks involving packing, labeling, and organizing
Availability:
- Available for on-site work in Central Stockholm
- Flexible schedule to accommodate 5-15 hours per week
- Able to respond to time-sensitive shipping needs during business hours
- Reliable for consistent weekly commitment
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in fashion/clothing logistics
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or e-commerce fulfillment
- Knowledge of Swedish and international shipping regulations
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Customer service orientation for handling special requests
