Role Overview
We’re seeking an EU-based Senior Influencer Campaign & Creative Manager to own end-to-end campaign execution, from strategic client leadership to creative content oversight. This hybrid role blends account management, project management, and creative strategy—leading influencer partnerships, crafting compelling brand narratives, and ensuring all campaigns align with business objectives and industry trends.
You will oversee influencer sourcing, creative development, contract negotiations, and content approvals, and reporting while ensuring flawless execution through strong project management. The ideal candidate will be an expert in both client relations and creative storytelling, with a pulse on the latest influencer marketing trends, social platforms, and content formats that drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Influencer Sourcing & Vetting – Build influencer lists, conduct due diligence, and assess audience analytics to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Client & Internal Communication – Act as the main client contact, managing all campaign updates via email and calls.
- Negotiation & Contracting – Own influencer outreach, rate negotiations, and contract execution, ensuring terms align with budget and deliverables.
- Creative Strategy & Briefing – Develop compelling creative briefs, shot lists, moodboards, and brand storytelling directions for influencers, ensuring authenticity and engagement.
- Brand Cohesion: Maintain a consistent creative vision and brand narrative across all campaign deliverables, from social posts to paid media integrations.
- Content Calendar & Workflow Management – Maintain and update campaign spreadsheets, workbacks, and editorial calendars to track progress.
- Content Review & Revisions – Oversee influencer submissions, providing strategic and creative feedback to elevate content quality while maintaining brand alignment.
- Campaign Reporting & Analysis – Track key performance metrics throughout the campaign, develop client-facing reports, and present insights on performance.
- Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation – Address challenges proactively, managing influencer or client issues as they arise.
European Market Specialization
- Regional Trends & Influencers: Leverage deep understanding of European fashion trends and cultural nuances to guide campaign strategies and influencer partnerships.
- Localized Approach: Customize creative briefs and strategic recommendations for diverse EU markets and fashion demographics (Gen Z through Millennial+).
Creative Strategy & Content Oversight
- Creative Concepting – Lead brainstorms for influencer and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with market trends and audience interests.
- Brand & Content Consistency – Ensure influencer content aligns with the brand’s visual and messaging identity across all platforms.
- Social-First Approach – Develop engaging, non-"adsy" creative concepts that drive organic engagement and seamlessly integrate brand messaging.
- Influencer Collaboration – Provide hands-on creative guidance to influencers, refining their concepts to optimize for virality and audience engagement.
- Content Trend Monitoring – Stay ahead of evolving social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creative formats to inform content strategies.
Project Management
- Process Optimization – Continuously evaluate, streamline, and optimize workflows, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and exceed client expectations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with creative, analytics, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns are holistically integrated.
- Client Growth & Renewals – Identify opportunities for account expansion and long-term partnerships based on campaign success.
- Adaptability & Industry Awareness – Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize campaign strategies.
- Deadline & Deliverable Management – Ensure all campaign elements—content approvals, posting timelines, and reporting—stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Product Logistics: Coordinate product shipments and manage on-set (or remote) shoot logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth production.
- Timeline & Budget Oversight: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones for creative, content approvals, and final launches—ensuring projects stay on budget and on time.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- 3+ years in creative development (ideation, briefs, art direction) or influencer-focused content creation.
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing and strong familiarity with European fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends.
- Experience leading creative brainstorms, developing briefs, and overseeing content production for social media campaigns.
- Strong project management skills—ability to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables at once.
- Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients.
- Must be based in the EU.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Campaign Budget Management – Maintain campaign profitability by ensuring influencer partnerships, content production, and paid media allocations remain within ±5% of the approved budget while maximizing ROI. Track cost efficiency per deliverable and percentage of campaigns executed within budget.
- Campaign Timeline Delivery – Ensure 90%+ of campaign milestones (influencer onboarding, content approvals, product deliveries, launch dates) are met on schedule. Minimize delays by proactively identifying roadblocks and implementing real-time solutions to keep projects on track.
- Client Satisfaction – Track response time to client inquiries, resolution efficiency for challenges, and positive feedback on campaign execution and communication.
- Campaign Performance & ROI – Engagement rates, conversions, and brand impact.
- Operational Efficiency – Smooth project execution, meeting deadlines and minimizing executional roadblocks.
