While the core responsibilities remain the same, the expected degree of autonomy and complexity differs:
AM3 (Mid-Level)

- Guidance: Mostly independent but may seek feedback on trickier tasks or complex client demands.
- Time & Workload: Comfortable handling multiple mid-tier campaigns, leveraging AI to minimize manual tasks.
Problem-Solving: Resolves most routine challenges independently; escalates major issues with proposed solutions. - Growth Path: Over 90 days, you’ll reduce manager involvement to only the truly complex or high-level matters.
AM4 (Senior)
- Experience: 4–5+ years running high-budget, complex campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Autonomy: Operates almost entirely independently; manager involvement is mostly for strategic alignment.
- Advanced Client Management: Navigates demanding client expectations, proposes strategic pivots, and manages large-budget accounts.
- Mentorship: Coaches AM3s and junior team members on campaign execution and advanced AI strategies.
Strategy & Upsell: Anticipates fires before they escalate, offers multi-layered strategies, and seeks growth opportunities for the agency.
Potential Challenges & Expectations
- High-Volume, Fast-Moving Projects: Multiple simultaneous campaigns with tight deadlines.
- Demanding Clients & Influencers: Large budgets, unique contract terms, and one-off requests are common.
- Self-Sufficiency:
- AM3: Some guidance is normal early on but you’re not new to the basics.
