About the role


As Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of TV Business Affairs and Legal Affairs, and the Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Content, Marketing, and Corporate, you will play a critical role in enabling senior leadership to operate efficiently and effectively across key commercial, creative, and legal functions.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to navigate a fast-paced media environment. You will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating high-priority projects, streamlining cross-functional communication, and ensuring that key initiatives stay on track.

With responsibilities spanning commercial, and business and legal affairs, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top executives and gain invaluable experience in film, television, business and legal affairs.

What you'll do

  • Executive Support & Coordination
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics for the Chief Commercial Officer, and both Heads of Business & Legal Affairs
  • Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend select meetings to capture notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Prepare executive briefing materials by compiling relevant background information for meetings and presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal, commercial, and creative matters with discretion
  • Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Draft and review internal and external communications on behalf of executives
  • Monitor and triage incoming communications, identifying key priorities and routing to the appropriate teams
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, legal, commercial, and creative teams, ensuring seamless information flow
  • Maintain and update key contact databases, CRM records, and project tracking tools
  • Handling signature process for contracts
  • Project & Event Management
  • Plan and execute internal corporate events, executive offsites, and industry conferences
  • Assist in managing special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Proactively identify and solve challenges to improve executive efficiencyDescribe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5+ years of executive support experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (entertainment, media, or legal industries preferred)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and executive-level materials
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to proactively identify and address administrative or business related needs
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Box, Airtable, and Notion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus  
  • Ability to create presentations and internally facing decks a plus
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary Range: $65k
