About the role

We’re seeking a highly capable Creative Project Manager to orchestrate the planning and execution of our various marketing creative deliverables. This includes bringing strong operational rigor into our fast-paced workflows across various marketing functions. The role will interact with internal marketing, product and creative resources, as well as agency, vendor and platform partners. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and various Marketing/Creative leads in shaping and operationalizing work that brings Wonder Project stories to the world. 


The ideal candidate brings a mix of broad marketing knowledge, agency/partner experience and creative sensibility. We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where storytelling and precision must meet.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional creative deliverable planning for films, series, platform and brand initiatives.
  • Manage creative workflow and timelines for marketing tactics / brand expressions across mediums. 
  • Interact with platform and agency partners to ensure clarity is provided for all creative requests. 
  • Ensure seamless, on-budget execution with clear roles and responsibilities established. 
  • Facilitate creative reviews, feedback loops, and approvals with marketing, creative, and executive stakeholders.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve problems before they impact delivery.   
  • Foster a collaborative environment between internal teams and partners.
  • Partner closely with the Creative and Marketing leadership to help the identified vision translate across marketing executions
  • Lead the end-to-end creative workflow, from initial request through final delivery, ensuring all source files, technical specifications, and brand guidelines are meticulously followed.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules using Asana, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and bottlenecks to maintain on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the creative agency and internal/external partners, ensuring there is always clear ownership of each deliverable assigned. 
  • Manage the multi-stage creative review and approval process, efficiently consolidating stakeholder feedback 
  • Coordinate with internal content operations to secure and manage the necessary source assets required for marketing creation.


Qualifications

    • Agency / platform relationships (roles and responsibilities)
    • Strong conviction for process, organization and quality
    • Proactive and comfortable interacting with all levels of internal stakeholder
    • An understanding and appreciation of marketing
    • Experience with digital environments and social platforms
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, or the equivalent in creative production, or marketing. 
  • Passion for project management through a marketing lens—understanding how creative work drives audience engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Understanding of creative processes—from concept development to post-production, including how Creative Directors can be most effectively optimized and supported. 
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable)
  • Adept at balancing creative vision with logistical realities.


Contract Scope & Rate

Salary: $70 - $85 an hour

25 hours per week
