About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative marketer to drive growth for Wonder Project’s streaming subscription on Prime Video through acquisition, engagement and retention.
Launching Fall 2025, Wonder’s streaming service will offer 100+ highly curated movie and show titles, as well as original movies, shows and specials that align with Wonder’s mission to entertain the world with courageous stories that inspire hope and restore faith in things worth believing in. Additionally, season 2 of Wonder’s hit TV show, House of David, will premiere exclusively on Wonder’s streaming service.
Reporting to the SVP of Performance Marketing, this role will own the day-to-day planning across paid, owned and earned media for the streamer, with direct responsibility and hands-on execution of paid media, DTC/website, lifecycle/customer marketing and overall campaign and project management to scale our subscriber base. This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on marketer who can balance strategy, execution, and partner management.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Media & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Amazon Ads, Meta, Google/YouTube, Connected TV, TikTok and other paid channels
- Optimize campaigns for subscriber acquisition, cost per acquisition and lifetime value
- Manage media budgets and performance against growth targets
- Test messaging, creative assets, audiences and campaign strategies to maximize ROI
Lifecycle & Customer Marketing
- Design and implement subscriber lifecycle campaigns using Amazon Slate/Video Central and Braze
- Develop engagement strategies and campaigns to drive subscriber viewership, including onboarding sequences and daily/weekly/monthly programming highlights
- Develop retention and win-back strategies and campaigns, including promotional offers and sequences
- Create segmentation strategies based on viewing behavior, engagement and subscriber lifecycle stage
- Create, test and refine customer journeys that boost viewership and engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value
Campaign Planning & Management
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns for new title launches, programming calendar and marketing beats
- Coordinate cross-functional campaign planning and execution across the programming, creative, community, series, film and PR teams and agencies
- Develop campaign briefs, budgets, timelines and success metrics
- Track and report on campaign performance and subscriber metrics
Measurement & Optimization
- Build and maintain comprehensive measurement frameworks to track subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention metrics
- Utilize analytics tools including GA4, AppsFlyer, and Amazon's native reporting to analyze campaign performance and user behavior
- Leverage attribution models to understand the customer journey across touchpoints and optimize media and marketing mix
- Create dashboards and reporting systems to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Conduct cohort analysis and lifetime value modeling to inform acquisition strategies and budget allocation
Agency Partner Management
- Manage relationships with Amazon Ads team, external media agency and creative agency partners
- Provide strategic direction and performance feedback to partners
- Coordinate asset development and campaign execution across agency teams
- Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all marketing touch points

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience, ideally in streaming, DTC, SaaS and/or other online subscription based businesses
- Has driven positive net revenue retention through acquisition, engagement and retention levers
- Has demonstrable experience and case studies in paid media channels and ecosystems such as Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok and DSPs
- Has demonstrable experience and case studies in lifecycle/customer marketing using enterprise-grade CRMs/CEPs. Experience with Amazon Slate/Video Central and Braze a plus
- Has demonstrable experience and case studies in conversion rate optimization across ads, landing pages and emails
- Experience effectively leveraging AI to craft marketing strategies and creative, and to drive performance and efficiency is a plus
