About the Role

As the Marketing Lead, Demand Generation, you will be critical to driving our growth. You will create and execute campaigns to develop a highly engaged and loyal audience for Wonder Project. You will act as the operational point person on Wonder’s paid media and CRM campaigns. You will oversee the day-to-day performance of paid media, and work closely with our agencies to ensure we meet our goals within budget.  You will be key in designing and implementing our customer’s lifecycle journey, working closely with our customer engagement platform provider. 

Beyond your expertise in performance marketing and CRM, as an ideal candidate, you are excited about bringing premium content to underserved audiences, and you know that growth comes when marketers understand and respect their viewers.

Day to Day

• Develop and manage paid media and CRM campaigns, including tracking metrics against KPIs, goals and objectives, tracking budgets and optimizing performance on a daily basis 
• Develop campaign strategies and tactics to reach target audiences effectively and cost-efficiently. Execute campaigns, both directly and through agencies 
• Manage campaign workflow and implementation across multiple channels including social, web and third-party marketing platforms/channels
• Act as the operational point person both internally and externally. Manage our day-to-day relationship with our paid media agency, and collaborate effectively with our creative and social media agencies
• Oversee projects with multiple stakeholders across marketing, content, finance and product teams
• Work closely with agencies and internal teams to develop and iterate on innovative advertising/marketing content that enhances the Wonder brand
• Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, as well as daily, weekly and quarterly goals
• Take initiative to find opportunities for improved performance and drive growth

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 4-6 years experience with at least 2- 3 years of full-time, enterprise-level performance marketing experience, preferably in DTC, subscription and/or media/content 
• Has a strong track record of acquiring, engaging and retaining audiences
• Has a track record of delivering revenue and LTV growth
• Has a deep understanding of and experience with online performance channels and tools, including Meta Ads, Amazon Ads and Google Ads
• Has familiarity with building campaigns, A/B testing and reporting on enterprise-level CRM/customer engagement platforms
• Has demonstrable experience implementing and using AI tools to improve performance and/or efficiency of marketing
• Is a highly organized, self-motivated project leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment
• Is a brilliant collaborator, and can both bring ideas to the table and build/execute on great ideas from teammates

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $115K - $145K
