Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to own and scale technical hiring in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, partners deeply with senior stakeholders, and brings a strong sourcing mindset alongside full-cycle recruiting expertise. You’ll play a critical role in building teams from individual contributors through Director-level in technical functions, across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end (full-cycle) recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure—from intake through close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies, role scope, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Own hiring across global regions, navigating local market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience while balancing speed, quality, and equity.
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to scalable recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives as the company grows.
- Ensure compliance with applicable hiring, security, and regulatory requirements when applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of experience in technical sourcing and full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Proven track record hiring individual contributor-level through Director-level roles across engineering and technical functions.
- Experience recruiting in global or distributed environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated success filling senior and specialized technical roles.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and scaling processes in fast-moving environments.
The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 130,000 CAD per year (Canada)
