The Guarantors seeks a Manager, Risk Management in New York, NY to Execute and oversee risk mitigation projects to maximize risk mitigation and claim subrogation; Design, maintain and improve systems used by the risk mitigation team; Lead team of Risk Management Analysts to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers & business partners; hire, train Risk Management Analysts; supervise the risk management team's daily operations; Provide ad hoc reporting to management, other departments, and clients; Manage vendors by conducting vendor risk assessment, contract negotiation and vendor onboarding; and Devise the risk management strategies for new products and improve risk management strategies for existing products.

Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Analytics, Data Analysis, Risk Management, or another related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  

• Requires (1) years of experience in the following skills (i) Powerbi; (ii) Pivot tables, formula, and data visualization in Excel; (iii) Project Tracking documentation via Confluence and Jira; (iv) Experience with Hubspot stage/property design, workflow builds, Hubspot reporting, and email templates; (v) Risk Management: Operational Risk and Third-party Vendor risk focused. Risk identification, Risk appetite/exposure design, Risk Mapping, Risk Metrics, Risk Modeling, due diligent, third-party risk assessment and risk monitoring; (vi) In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, claims handling processes, and regulatory requirements. Requires fluency in Mandarin.

Base Salary

The base salary range for this position is between $152,506-$167,000 annually. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and current market data, and may vary from the range above.
