Senior Director, Sales Operations

This role can be located in NY, NJ, CT, and PA


Responsibilities

  • You’ll be overseeing two pods: an implementation pod and an enablement pod

  • Track performance against KPIs and suggest tweaks to better focus the team on current goals

  • Own data reporting for the sales team - your work will be featured in board meetings!

  • Calculate commissions and maintain internal sales log

  • Suggest improvements to incentive structures including spiffs, multipliers and base compensation

  • Own CRM operations and design for the sales team including: reports, workflows, key management across object types and design for sales motions 

  • Manage data elements of the customer onboarding process ensuring account launches are successful with our Implementation Manager

  • Project manage all sales initiatives with the SVP of Sales & Rev Ops


Requirements

  • Five years operations experience as a sales/rev ops manager

  • Real estate, finance, or software sales operations experience is a plus

  • Self-starter interested in collaborating with SVP to improve an existing process

  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools

  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools required

  • A love of data, process and project management. You approach complex issues by breaking their solutions into incremental pieces with firm, realistic deadlines and a balanced view of how they impact other initiatives and stakeholders’ time. 

  • Google suite/Microsoft suite proficient

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $115,000-$125,000 annually. The OTE is $150,000 - $160,000

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
