As an Operations Associate, you will design and implement operational processes for our novel insurance products while ensuring that our support teams receive the necessary backing for success. You will take charge of quality control and data integrity, upholding our reputation for excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance sales enablement and contribute to product enhancements. We’re looking for someone who thrives on working in a start-up environment, getting their hands dirty, and wearing multiple hats. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to drive efficiency gains
- Own quality control and data integrity for select product lines
- Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales
- Provide regular updates and feedback to senior leadership
- Understand end-to-end business processes and the flow of data between the various teams, and use that knowledge to inform system and process improvements
- In the first six months, the position will involve direct interaction with customers to deeply understand their needs and preferences
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Highly ambitious and goal-oriented
- Ability to build for long term, but also able to find efficient short-term means
- Analytical and data-driven
- Advanced Excel skills required for data reconciliation, cleansing, and analysis

Base Salary
The base salary range is between $85,000 - $105,000 annually.
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
