Director of Customer Success - Claims

Summary
Senior leader responsible for executing the company’s claims strategy by overseeing day-to-day operations, team management, compliance, and service delivery. Focused on agent development, performance oversight, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Emphasizes strong customer service, particularly for strategic accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Claims team, including Claims Managers and agents, ensuring efficient execution of company claims policies and procedures.
  • Oversee all compliance related to claims handling and ensure claims are adjusted in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement programs to monitor individual and team performance, including adherence to KPIs and quality standards.
  • Create and manage structured development programs for claims agents and managers, with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Lead customer service initiatives within the claims team, with particular attention to service delivery for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Risk, and Customer Success teams to support consistent execution and compliance across all claim types.
    Ensure workflows and processes support organizational objectives while maintaining a strong focus on operational detail and service quality.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role within claims 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently but is not afraid to ask questions
  • Able to see big picture while minding day-to-day processes

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $120,000 - $140,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
