The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Growth. In this role, you will lead quantitative analysis, data visualization, and advanced analytics to drive insights and optimize the company’s B2B marketing initiatives.


Location

This is a hybrid position based out of New York.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track funnel performance, marketing’s impact on the overall business
  • Regularly communicate marketing performance to executives, providing clear and concise insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Regularly audit pipeline to ensure clear marketing attribution and be the POC on opportunity pipeline progress and potential business impact
  • Track media performance by partnering closely with external media partners
  • Ensure clear, compelling data storytelling by translating complex insights into actionable recommendations that connect marketing performance with business goals.
  • Prepare reporting for cross functional and strategic meetings including monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Support key marketing data and analytics programs such as lead scoring, account scoring, attribution, new data pipelines, etc.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to optimize data tracking/quality and drive data warehouse improvements to ensure reliable data pipelines and best in class marketing data models
  • Enhance & support the data team to implement multi-touch attribution model for B2B business to better understand the overall customer journey
  • Run ad-hoc data analyses as needed


What you bring

  • 4+ years of marketing analytics and/or data analytics experience in an enterprise B2B environment
  • Proven ability to handle large sets of data, translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to drive marketing decisions and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation, digital paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Advanced Excel skills with pivot table, macro, and VBA experience
  • Deep experience in SQL & working with databases, data visualization tools (i.e. PowerBi, Looker, Tableau), CRM systems (i.e. Hubspot, SFDC), web analytics (i.e. Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
  • Functional coding experience utilizing Python and/or R a plus
  • Experience with attribution methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution, or position-based attribution is a strong plus.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a high standard for analytical deliverables to ensure consistent data integrity and hygiene.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, time, and project management skills, with the ability to plan in advance and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper growth environment

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
