We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Copywriter, Growth Marketing to help unlock explosive growth—someone who knows how to communicate effectively to a business consumer audience through email, social, and other digital channels.


Who Are You?


You’re a relentlessly driven copywriter who’s passionate about finding new, inventive ways to create continuous growth. Someone who is practiced in creating content that educates and converts in email and social media marketing. You will work with the leaders of the Growth Team on acquisition and retention to develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive lead generation, engage our audience, drive subscriptions, and support our customer retention efforts. 


This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, an understanding of subscription business models and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Production: Produce high-quality, engaging and converting content across various formats (channel copy, whitepapers, videos, infographics, webinars, thought leadership, etc.). Your content should incite action and not be just words on a page or in an email.

    • You will be responsible for creating and writing integrated campaigns across a variety of media including but not limited to short-form content, social media, banners, ads, and email.

  • Content Partner: Partner with our audience development and CRM leads to leverage organic and paid channels to drive subscriber growth

  • Social media: Lead the execution of captivating social media content and campaigns across major channels that resonate with our target audience, drive growth, and elevate the brand.

  • Analysis: Analyze and report on social media actions on a weekly basis, highlighting successes and identifying new opportunities. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements:


  • 5-7 years of experience as a copywriter for a B2C or B2B2C brand and with the following channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, etc.

  • Writing content on a daily basis. This is an individual contributor role. The requirement is that this role is actively writing content across the business team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to assess marketing performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience with SEO is a plus.


This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, and includes regular attendance in the office each week per your departmental guidance.

Salary Range: $90,000 -$120,000 USD Annually + Bonus + Benefits

The salary range posted is based on the company's good faith belief at the time of the posting. Actual compensation may vary above or below this range based on factors such as location, work experience, and skill level.
