About the role


We are currently seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessments, program development/ implementation, supervision of the Registered Behavioral Technicians and parent training in diverse environments including in-clinic and residential. This position will also qualify for our flex work week incentive. This is a full-time position where you will serve as an integral member of the therapy team working directly to contribute to client and family success.

What you'll do

  • Develop behavior intervention plans that will be implemented by RBTs in residential and client homes, schools, and/or clinic center.
  • Provide one on one in-home/center/community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
  • Assist with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
  • Attend staff and agency meetings.
  • Any other tasks outlined by the executive director.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of a master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special
  • education, or related field of study is preferred.
  • Have obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
