You will lead our Frontend & Backend platform team to build & deliver the foundation of Thrive’s products. You will partner closely with engineering leadership, your fellow technical leaders and other stakeholders to deliver on the goal of designing, building, and innovating our libraries, tools and systems that enable Thrive’s product teams to deliver a world class product. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the engineers on the team: their success will be your success!

Compensation for this role depends on level, and will likely fall in the $120,000-210,000 range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity.
