The Print Shop Associate serves as the foundational role within Tidalwave Holdings’ production

department, providing critical support to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality print shop operations.

This entry-level position introduces individuals to the full scope of production processes — from material

preparation and order setup to post-print handling and workspace organization. The Print Shop Associate

works under the direction of the Production Manager and collaborates with Production Assistants,

Production Specialists, and the Logistics team to uphold Tidalwave Holdings’ standards of precision,

efficiency, and consistency across all operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations by assisting with setup, preparation, and organization of materials.

• Load and unload garments and materials onto carts, staging racks, or designated production areas as

directed.

• Assist Production Assistants and Production Specialists in maintaining workflow efficiency and order

accuracy.

• Monitor and organize orders as they move through the production and logistics process.

• Conduct basic quality checks on garments before and after printing to ensure they meet Tidalwave

Holdings’ standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, staging areas, and the overall print shop

environment.

• Follow all safety procedures and operational protocols as outlined in Tidalwave Holdings’ SOPs.

• Communicate promptly with the Production Manager or Production Specialists regarding issues, material

shortages, or workflow delays.

• Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of print shop processes, safety, and quality

standards.

• Uphold the company’s values of accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Competencies• No prior experience required; experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and move materials safely.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

• Positive, proactive attitude and desire to grow within Tidalwave Holdings’ production operations.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on position based in the production area of the print facility. The Print Shop Associate

works closely with the Production Manager, Production Assistants, and Production Specialists to ensure

workflow continuity and uphold Tidalwave Holdings’ high production standards. The role requires physical

activity, teamwork, and consistent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Growth Path

The Print Shop Associate role serves as the entry point for Tidalwave Holdings’ operational career path.

Individuals who consistently demonstrate reliability, initiative, and attention to quality will be eligible for

advancement into either the Production Assistant or Logistics Assistant role, depending on their strengths,

interests, and departmental needs. Continued progression opportunities exist within both the Production
